EFP launched the
Web Pots Series as part of
our 10th anniversary celebration. Starting in August 2006, we began introducing new pieces
periodically on this site every few months. The Web Pots Series is
part of our regular line. As usual, each piece is a
limited edition of no more than 500 pieces.
We encourage
you to sign up for our email list so that you’ll be one of the first to
know when we announce a new piece.

Legend of the Palo
Borracho
The flower shown on
the Maiden's Tears Vase comes from a South American tree called the
palo borracho. A legend about the tree from an ancient Argentinean
forest tribe tells of a beautiful young maiden and her true love, a brave
warrior. The colors of the tree’s flowers represent the maiden’s tears and
the warrior’s blood.
